The Upper Room is for students grades 7-12.
Our desire is to see our students become life-long followers of Christ who are in turn producing life-long followers of Christ by their words and actions. We want to come alongside parents and help however we can in this process.
During the week, there are several avenues for involvement in our ministry to students...
*LCBS (Life-Changing Bible Study) - Sunday morning at 9:30am - We are spending time in the Word in small groups, not only learning from the leaders, but also being encouraged to learn HOW to study scripture. This weekly activity helps to accomplish the "LOVING GOD" portion of the FBC Mission Statement as we study more about who God is, who we are, and what He's done for us.
*Life Groups - Sunday evening at 5:00pm - We are spending intentional time building relationships with other believers and encouraging each other as we all pursue Christ. This weekly activity helps to accomplish the "LOVING PEOPLE" portion of the FBC Mission Statement as we seek to grow closer as a spiritual family.
*Mid-week Service - Wednesday evening at 6:15pm - We are spending time together in the middle of the week to refuel and refresh as we seek to follow Christ daily. This is also a great opportunity for our students to bring their friends, that they might be introduced to Christ and our church family. This is a great entry point into what's going on at FBC. This weekly activity helps to accomplish the "CHANGING THE WORLD" portion of the FBC Mission Statement as we seek to bring others into relationship with Christ.
